Hi, I have a Ziroli DC-3. Having a problem balancing it. I use the location mentioned on the plans, Flip the plan upside down and place it on my home made balance points.At this point I don't know if I go by the center line of the crutch or by the thrust line of the motor or use the wing as an indicator.HELP

Hello me and a friend built the ziroli DC3, mine did not survive the first flight, centering on the plan is not good, it is necessary to take it on the level of the fixed part and to advance it minimun 1,97 in. The DC3 of my friend was centered at this point and fly very well.
I make other DC3 because is so beauty !

About half way down the page is a description of balancing by hanging from the ceiling. It may solve your problem, or I may have mis-understood your problem?
