Has anyone had anything to do with this model codel company? As i am interested in getting this aircraft.

Purchased an OV-10 from KMP a couple years back. They treated me with respect, worked with me for shipping to Hawaii, the kit arrived in great shape, construction was good, went together very well and is still flying. I'd buy from KMP again. [sm=shades_smile.gif][sm=thumbs_up.gif]

sorry to say that my dealings with KMP were not so good. I purchased their beaver with the floats. I felt the airplane to be poory engineered. the composite skin was weak and the fiberglass parts were not good. instructions sucked and the hardware package sucked also. I will say that it did fly on wheels good, with no issues. Floats were another story. The rigging consist of flat strap material and it is formed in a way where none of it lines up into the slip stream. They all act as multible rudders and spoilers that go all different directions. they made the airplane fly horbile. KMP admitted they had issues with that design, and said when they redisigned the rigging that they would get in touch with me and make good. Well, they are still selling the same ****. I know of one other guy that didnt trust his either so he sold the airplane as I have also.

Hi Jason,

KMP are the US distributor of a range of ARFs made by a company called ESM (at least, that's how I think it goes). They are also distributed in the UK by YT International and in Australia Austars Model in Sydney import some of the range. Austars are not listing the PC21 at the moment but talk to Glen on 02 9502 1768 to see if/when they will be bringing them into Oz.

I have a couple of ESM warbirds (FW190 and ME109) and am very happy with them

They warehouse kmp,s inventory in Florida and will have the container sometime next week. Owing to volumes they also have the lowest shipping rates as well
