Rule of thumb says: watts = cubic inches x 2000... so 120-150W would be fine. In fact you could probably go for a bit less - at 18-20oz a "rule of thumb" says ~50-100W/lb for trainer-like aircraft... so 80-100W would do. On 3s Lipo that means around 10A current draw... just as an example a venerable 26g Blue Wonder (HXM 2730-1500) or the newer Turnigy Red/Blue http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbycity/s...idProduct=8618 with a 7x4 APC SF or 7x3.5 GWS HD prop would be good. Something like a 3s 800mAh 20C pack and a 15A ESC would do. I think HobbyKing has some cheap chargers which could be okay. http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbycity/s...idProduct=5548

I am converting mine too ... you need to dremel out the wooden rails but remember to mark the thrust line. I am using one of those small bell motors that will turn a 7" prop and am going with a 3S 2,200 mAh pack with a 25A ESC, any 18A ESC will work. What Dr Kiwi stated will work fine for sure ...
