Hi I have just finished building mine...2nd one the first was damaged cox sent me a new kit and I got to keep the old one I fitted the Evoultion 46nt in mine along with two mini hitec's a hs55 for the throttle and two s3004's for the rudder and elevators,I used the new Hitec 5S micro full range reciever and a 700 mah pack,It came out at a tad over 5 LBS I took all the gear and motor out of my twist the motor with a 12.5 x 3.75 prop pulled it vertical forever and it weighed over 5.5 LBS so I think it will be OK cant wait to fly it now,I have a dave patrick ultimate so I decided to see how the smaller bipe handled before I fly the big one, good luck with your's regards Colin.

I had a Saito .72 on the smaller DP Ultimate which seems close to what the Cox one is. It gave awesome performance on 30% heli fuel.

For electric I am not sure what I would do. I have the larger DP ultimate and Dave gives a great setup and detailed information on which motor and battery to use.

building mine now, and man do I love the looks of it. It shows only a standard muffler on it though, anyone think a pitts muffler would look better?
