Hello all,
I am converting a Combat Corsair to electric power. I'm also adding rudder function and a data recorder.
Weighing all the parts in a box it is looking like the AUW is just at 3 lbs.
Has anyone flown this plane on the heavy side?
MotoCalc suggests that a 20 oz wing load is suited for an experienced pilot.
Thanks

Who makes the Combat Corsair?
Can you post a link to the manufacturer?
Thanks.

Greg,
Opps, I guess I was too vague. It is the plane the other posters said. I’m using the system you suggested in this post.

MAKODS,
That’s good news. I finished recovering & painting and the added weight is less than I anticipated. It's going to look like the F2G Racer # 57.
Did you have to add any nose weight?

No extra weight as I have two of the battery packs mounted on either side of the motor and one pack inside the fuselage.
