e-flight 480 electro streak
 
I have a original electro streak kit that i am thinking about puttin my e-flight 480 on. Its weight r.t.f will be 27oz. that includes a 3s 2200 bat. wILL THE 480 motor take a 4s 2200 pack? its the old kit that sold in the late 80s .

A 480 class motor should fly this plane at 27oz. Not sure why you need a 4s battery. Supply more info about the motor,prop and esc you have.

Here is scenario which takes the 1020Kv version of the E-flite 480 just over its 22A constant current, but well over its 275W limit

Motor: E-Flite Park 480 Outrunner 1020KV; 1020rpm/V; 1.1A no-load; 0.06 Ohms.
Battery: Thunder Power TP2250 (G4 ProPower 30C) (30C); 4 cells; 2250mAh @ 3.7V; 0.008 Ohms/cell.
Speed Control: Castle Creations Phoenix 45; 0.0026 Ohms; High rate.
Drive System: Direct; 8x8 (Pconst=1.16; Tconst=1) direct drive.
Airframe: Anything you want.
Motor Amps = 22.6
Motor Volts = 14.0
Input (W) = 317.2
Prop RPM = 12228
Thrust (oz) = 30.1
PSpd (mph) = 92.6
