O.S. FS-91 SII-P Needle Adjustments
Where are the High and the Low needle adjustments located on the O.S. FS-91 Surpass II w/ Pump engine?
I think the High Speed needle valve adjustment is the large adjuster off the carb. Where is the Low Speed needle valve adjuster located?
Thanks in advance.

The low speed needle is opposite the main needle on the left side. You'll see a small brass screw head in the center of the barrel or throttle arm on the right side. It usually comes set really close from the factory already.
If you had the carb apart or something. You can adjust the low speed until it is even or flush with the outside edge of the tube it is in. The main needle works at about 2 and one half to three turns out.

In the FS-91SII-P the low speed needle is next to the main needle in line with the center of the throttle barrel. If you've lost your manual, it's available here. http://manuals.hobbico.com/osm/fs-70...i-p-manual.pdf
