Default Irvine 72

I've never had a 72 before, reading the instructions shows it will take some really large propellers.

11x10 all the way up to 15x6.

It's really a nice engine. Installed a glow plug in it so I could feel it turn over and gave it a shot of Fogging Oil

I think I'm going to keep this one.

John, using 5% fuel that thing will turn a 14x6 right in the ballpark with most .91's.

Nice engine. Perhaps others have, but I have never heard a bad thing about them.

Those are nice engines. They are tuned more for larger props and scale plane like applications. So they work really well for those.

Do you think it would be too much for a Big Stik?......(smiles)

It would be perfect for it, they run so smooth, almost, dare I say it, electric motor like.

A Big Stick would be great fun using it to power the plane.
