Hi!
Seeking help from people who know this wonderful engine that for a while I can no longer operate properly.
The engine runs more "smooth" but tends to make the sound of shots, I do not know how to explain .. and giving gas increases the noise of shots and about half the gas is stopped abruptly. Even as a result often becomes loose propeller nut ....
Point out that the engine is at the first start after I had sent (2 years ago) to repair (for the same reason, because I was not more out) by Naohisa Yamada, and of which I enclose also the expensive bill ...
Today, I decided to reassemble on my fun-fly ... the same problem !!!!
precise:
the tank is properly pressurized.
The mixture used is one in photo (Rapicon Air 30%).
Propeller 1X8.
Candle OS F.
Checked valves open and not glued, but "not" controlled thicknesses.
Please help me !! This is a fantastic engine and I want to make it work properly again

its going lean on you. since it has been two years some of the old fuel/oil may be very thick and needs to get worked out. First open the needle about four turns and try again. run up very slowly to help it build good pressure and run at half power or so for a minute or so. if you cant advance engine from there just means its not getting enought fuel and need to clean/replace diaphram.

once you have it at full powerit shoul be very rich slowly start closing the needle. then engine will start to clear up and come on song. once it does you are very close. just look for the smoke as you want a decent smoke trail. fly it this way a coupl of times to break it in maybe a gallon or two and then can start leaning it some. just go slowly and if go to lean while at full power you will hear it make a different sound and you will know. try to get it going and see how she does.
