I hope I'm not breaking the rules too badly here, there are no .30's for sale in the MarketPlace, here is one else where.

Except for the HP .21 and .25 engines from MECOA, they quit making the .26 and .30 size four stroke engines. SAITO still makes the FA-40a engine which is the .30 bored out to a .40 size. Now you may still see them show up on Ebay from time to time or in the classifieds here in the forum too.

OS FS20 and Hp 21. I've seen smaller four strokes but don't think they were ever marketed in quantity. Think there was one about 0.099 in displacement but can't recall where I saw it.

There is a Japanese guy who makes limited production runs of small four stroke engines as small as .06 cubic inch. He even made some twins, triples and inline four cylinder engines all using the .06 parts too. But the information is all in Japanese and no one outside of Japan has obtained any of the engines. So I assume he has only sold them in Japan over the years. But the web articles about his engines sure do make one drool with lust though.
Now also there are some super engine collectors and RC flyers in Europe that have some tiny four stroke engines down in the .020 or so size too. But these engines may be very limited in the numbers made. Their micro Cirrus inline four cylinder engines are awesome as well. They even made tiny micro sized spark plugs for them too. I have some 8-32 size spark plugs and these are still much larger than the spark plugs that their engines use.
see the .020 engine here in post number 1396

A gentle word here, when the FA .40a was released Horizon claimed that that the .40a would sit in same space as the little .30, that was not the case. The .40a's foot print is about one half of a hole larger and requires hole stretching in the mounts.

That .020 is really cute. A 4mm thread is pretty close to an 8-32" size. Wonder where you can find those? I think I would just run my 2 strokes really rich, and call them 4 strokes. :-)

THE OS 20 was a really weak engine, the 26 is much stronger by a lot! Both the Magnum/ASP and the Saito 30's are decent but not real power houses. I and friends tried them on Sig LT 25's, The Thunder Tigre 36 2 stroke was excellent on that plane. Mine was built with a flat wing. Fun plane until I killed it.......
Most of the small 4 strokes are good on scale planes not demanding a lot of power.

Look on eBay. ASP (and Magnum), OS and Saito market four stroke engines in less than 0.40 size. The most common was the 0.30. I have one new in the box but not ready to sell it yet. You would have to get a used one now days, as fewer and fewer glow engines are made. You might check Just Engines which is a UK engine dealer (www.justengines.uk). They give excellent service to the US.

There is a fellow in the USA who makes or used to make small 8-32 threaded spark plugs. Reginald makes his own 4mm threaded spark plugs. I think he even has a engine that uses smaller spark plugs than 4mm too. But actually, one could make their own spark plugs. Once one figures out how to do it, then it becomes fairly simple. It just takes some time of course.
Some of my 8-32 and 1/4x32 spark plugs.

I think that was true till recently, but now when I go here... http://www.rcjapan.net/index.php?mai...21a78vej4bo305 ... no more 30. You can see that the 56 and 91 are gone now too. Also the exchange rate must have really improved for Japan because the prices seem pretty high.
