Default Info on nitro engines

Hello was wondering if anyone has some good info wanting to replace my Thunder Tiger Pro 15 engine with something modern ?
Or am I wasting time so be better buying a new model.. had my 1/10 scale thunder tiger escort cosworth for 25 years and dont want to part with it if possible.. cheers

I don't know much about those smaller engines. the engine links I posted for you are all older engines that you can still buy.
out of the ones I posted> if you want a high grade engine buy a Fuji or an HP, their .020 size are $180 and $200. <they are Old School quality engines! Fuji's are real pretty engines. if you want a good cheap engine maybe buy the K&B .020, or one of the others I posted.

if it must be a modern engine as you say go to Towers and Horizon and look around. see the bottom 2 links.. but if you go to RCGroups and join up you can get a lot more info.

Hi Jim thanks for info much appreciated I will look through see what’s worth doing as if be expensive will prob by a new model lol. Seems you can get bits easier from abroad than here and cheaper..

Also not sure if will need new clutch, flywheel and clutch bell as not sure about what will cost what ..
