My Feedback: (1)
you have to look at it this way> that cylinder flamed out for the same reason (s) any single cylinder would have, so start ruling out the things you know where not the reasons.
after you rule out the usuals my thoughts and questions would be,
A) do you run it rather rich? richer than you would a single cylinder? if so you may need a hotter plug to burn all that extra fuel and oil.
B) what size prop? do you run a small prop with more pitch? I ask this because I have seen 4st's flame-out simply because their props were to small. a 13" 2 blade is too small for a 160 4st LOL. <that engine was NOT loaded correctly with that 13" prop! a longer prop has more momentum, it creates more flywheel affect. I gave that guy a 15" prop and his problem went away instantly, he didn't even re tune.
C) do you run a rather large prop like a 15" or 16" prop? if so you may need a hotter plug because your engine responds slower to fast throttle inputs and richer settings..

https://www.horizonhobby.com/product/rockera-kqsxyaaddeeiijjkkasbmbzbsca-cf/SAI5041.html The engine code for the 90-T is Q for the MKII, the version does not change the part number.

Be sure to use a strong hardened screw driver on the rocker pin, some turn really hard until they break loose.
