Default 3 blaed prop and spinner SAITO .91

Hello,
I just ordered a Great Plane Lancair, and I'd like a 3 blades prop on it with my Saito .91
I cannot find anywhere the recommended size for a 3 blades prop and spinner.
Can anybody help?[&:]
Thanks.

You need a 2 3/4 3 Blade spinner, Tru Turn is what I have. I have tried Master Airscrew 13x8 and 12x6 3 Blade props on my Saito .91, which is also on a Lancair. The 13x8 is OK, but almost too much. The 12x6 is not enough. I believe that a 12x8, 13x6, or 13x7 would be ideal. I don't know if you can get these sizes in the MA 3 Blade. You can check on T. Hobbies website to see which are available. They should have the spinner also.

GY and Yard, Hobby-Lobby has the Graupners in a 12x8 three blade, it has nice wide, cool looking blades.

Hello guys,
following the general rule minus 1 in length or minus 1 in pitch from the recommended 2 blades props, this is what I found Master airscrew 14x7 and 13x8. I hope it's not an overkill for a saito 91, but that's all I could find. Anyhow, between the 2 which one is better?

I'd buy one of each and try both on for size. They are giong to be pretty close. Use the one that you think is best and just have the other as a spare, in case you ever need it.

Buy the 14 x7 and cut exactly 1/2" off each tip. slightly sand and bevel the edges and balance as usual. I did it to a 16 x8 3 blade for a saito 150 in a corsair and it worked just fine. I rounded out the paddles to give it a scale appearance and it still pulls great

GYANNI:

Here's the Graupner - 12x8 works fine.

I use a MAS 13x8 3 blade with an old Enya 90 fs. Turns it in the mid 9k range if I'm remembering it correctly. Anyways, its definitely NOT too much for it.
