OS 61 sf sleeve and piston
Looking for an ABC sleeve and piston. Anyone know which models of Magnum, ASP or Thunder Tiger that will interchange?
I bought a used OS with a scored sleeve and I should have known better. [>:]

Check with this fellow... www.petesrc.com
He specializes in old OS piece/parts. He can take a while to answer (he's in Muncie right now for the IRCHA Jamboree), so be patient.
The Empire might have it as well. The OS part # for the piston & liner is 27703000. Run that number throught the search engine on Tower's site; you might get lucky.

The OS .61 is a long stroke engine. The only piston and sleeve assy that will fit other than an original OS one is the ABC replacement from Performance Specialties sells.

RE: OS 61 sf sleeve and piston
I checked out Towers site..
They have it in stock for $97 some odd cents.
quote from their site,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
"The plating is actually Nickle but is still being labled ABC not ABN."
The Performance Specialties site has the set for $95 in real CHROME. Not to tough of a decision there if I decide to replace the sleeve rather than buy another motor.
