whats the matter with my OS .46AX
I was flying my Extra 300 today and when I have the engine at idle and I go back to full power it sputters and then quits ( if i do it slowly it will sputter but stay running )... I am using Coolpower 10% fuel and an 11x6 APC prop.

Turn the low speed needle in 1/8th turn (clockwise) then check the transition from idle to wot. Keep adjusting the low speed needle leaner by turning it clockwise until the transition is smooth from idle. Be sure to recheck the high speed setting afterwards and then you may need to fine tune the low speed needle some more after that.

GP,
Don't run your engine on CoolPower fuel, as it contains no Castor oil.
The OS Q&A specifically tells you, to use fuel which contains a reasonable amount of Castor oil.
Please read this [link=http://www.osengines.com/faq/product-faq.html#q2]OS Q&A page[/link] about break-in.
This contradicts the manual that came with your engine, which should be broken-in as described in [link=http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_1850473/anchors_1850473/mpage_1/key_break%252Din%252Ctapered%252Dbore/anchor/tm.htm#1850473]this thread[/link].
The problem you are experiencing, results more obviously from too rich a mixture setting of the low speed needle.
Get help, or find a thread in RCU, which deals with it.
