Help me Identify this Engine-Rossi?
#1

I am getting ready to put this one up for sale, but I want to be sure of it first.
It appears to be a Rossi 40 side exhaust, does everyone agree? It doesn't say Rossi anywhere, I am just going by memory, and the shape of the exhaust port and muffler.

Nope not a rossi. It's a Skyward. They were made by Picco for MRC I think. I may be wrong there but somebody will correct me. Good engine. I have one nib.

My Feedback: (27)

Yes, it is a Skyward engine. I have had a couple of them. They look very close to a Picco. My guess is that they are made by Picco with the Skyward name on them. Is Picco still making RC air engines? I have not seen one in a long time.

It's still really a Picco just like a Morris is really a Rossi and Patricks and Marks are really Mokis.Or is it a Moki is really a Mark. The Skyward was made by Picco under a contract for discount house and they were much cheaper than Piccos.

Take look at http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/What...m_61199/tm.htm
I didn't know what mine was either. I haven't tried it out yet so I don't know how it runs.
