Sr i'd be honoured if you accept 'club saito muppets' #1 membership card.We gotta keep the number two slot open for popey mind..unless he's turned into a mister farley character straight out of okc's video and people just forgot to bury him.

A few years ago we Moderators were told to download Photo Bucket pictures and then reload them as Finger nails, I hope they never work again. It doesn't make sense for a picture to take up a whole page by itself.

I guess I will resort to what I did in the past, post on RCG and link the treads here. And, as far as "a few years ago" this particular topic was the only one tampering with my posts. Other topics here on RCU left them alone. It's the same old same old, certain individuals treating a club/site like it was their personal playground. I have seen more than one "sportsman/gun" club go down the tubes because oh that and the same can happen here.
I'm done posting any tech/how to threads on here. I will post on RCG and link them here.

Well maybe the photos should have stayed in the bucket but i'll go along on the consfishery theory. You say your on a norton motorcycle forum..i always thought the guys who built them way back hated me too.Flat out at night with the 6volt headlight out was exciting. Now stop whinging
ps and the tractor forums ain't helping you,not to mention three abreast cyclists yet re motorcycle riders and fast sweepers

OF you are bringing back memories for me. I remember visiting a little motorcycle accessory shop back in the mid seventies that shared space with a Norton/Triumph dealer. I loved looking at the bikes and dreaming. I had a little two cylinder Yamaha RD200 Electric at the time and wanted to but a fairing on it for winter riding. I picked one up at said shop and the owner/operator of the accessory shop made custom brackets to make it fit on the Yamaha. The fairing adapter kit was made for a 350 Honda, The fairing manufacturer didn't list the fairing as fitting my bike but it didn't stop us from installing it. The fairing worked quite well as still on the bike when I sold it 4 years later to by an English sportscar, Triumph of course.

Okc yup they are good old days mate.Your yammie 200 two stroke twin? was nearly as quick as a 650 trumpy,a mate had a cb350 honda and at the time i was riding a kwaka s2 350 triple which was quicker and got me hooked on evil handling kawasaki mach3 and 4's.
ps popo jim might have been talking about a motorcycle manufacturer called hodaka, they made a model called the combat wombat

All,
I have a Saito 82 in needed of rebuild. I need gaskets and bearing, a piston rod & keeper, rings etc. Is there a vendor that carries all of these items. I call Horizon and they have some items and said to me, send it in and they will do the repair. Thanks for the offer but I want to R&R the it myself. Any help in providing a vendor(S) that stock what I need would be appreciated.
Regards
Chuck
