Well, I just wrote a long bit about what a true bike sounds like and ended up erasing it all. No sense in writing it. It's either pumping through your veins or it isn't.

Pete, yup- you got the look. Take off only the helmet when you stop somewhere. The only thing are those shades. You have to really look like a bad dude.

A Harley or a Saito FA -130t? If a 130t, Hobbsy is looking for one.

BTW, did you know that Italian for wasp is Vespa

why the Saito of course, and I well keep Hobbsy in mind,, I have a deal going on with the owner, but it may take a while to get it,, if I get it and Hobbsy has a Saito 100 Twin maybe we can make a trade, I would love to put a Saito 100 Twin in my ShoeString Racer, that would be the Dog's bark, the Cat's meow, the Owl's hoot, you got the idea

BTW, did you know that Italian for wasp is Vespa
no I didn't,, but I found out what Dupa meant when I asked my X-boss what the name of his boat meant LOL

Ko,

Don't stress popo that pic was taken forty years ago. Before i added a sidecar to the vespa and painted her yellow and white. It's a risk you take if you post family album shots on my gallery.

Americano's...for a crash coarse in australian slang google 'baz the canetoad'..it's a short animated feature cartoon that starts in the far north queensland coast of australia and finishes in sydney.SPOILER ALERT! i heard a rumour that popo directed the film and in fact may be it's leading star..the aforementioned baz himself! jeez mate i'd hate to be him..

Yes sir, they have a similar lope at low rpm, my 1200-C turns 5,800, the 1.30 turned close to 10,000 up to maybe 6,000 rpm the 1.30 sounds very Harley like.

Well, um, not quite sure what to say. Well, the news last night was about a Dodge Charger that flipped doing 130 mph on his rims. That can only mean a couple of things- they shot out the tires or used spike strips. Anyway, cause of death is listed as a bullet wound to the abdomen. Seems the guy had a pistol stuck in his waistband and it went off when he flipped over. This wasn't too far from where I live. I've done 130 around that area but never with a gun in my pants.

It might be safer to drive with a gun stuck down your pants than do 130 nowadays(specially on the scooter)the cops have lost their sense of humour

Good morning Pete, have you seen any of these in your neck of the woods, this one is a Harley Street 500, a 60 degree V-twin, water cooled and fuel injected. The 500 is mfd in Kansas City Mo. the 750 is mfd in India. Radial tires are stock on them.

I ordered this kit from Eureka with the foam wing option for my Saito FG 11. It's a Joe Bridi design RCM 60 with several improvements to ease building.

Dave, I have an Ultra Sport 60 about 1/2 finished. Got it when they remanufactured the kits. Are these pre sheeted wings?

I would love to build almost all foam models if I could. What I like most about the old CA pattern plane kits were that they came pre sheeted, and all used foam for the turtlenecks, front decks, stab, rudders, and wings. You can make some beautiful models that are as strong as a tank tractor. I've got one Widebody 40 kit left in the box and will use the parts to make a new fuselage for my old one lost in a crash. If anyone ever hears of a CA Models kit for sale please direct them my way.

Are those the arf before they became arf planes? I had one that was balsa and foam and mostly built. It was green and I think yellow. This was from mid 80's when Futaba still sold 4 channel AM radios.

Thanks Barry, the foam cores will be sheeted by me, a new experience for me, I'll proceed carefully. The kits come without hardware, no problem, I have lots of it.
