Default picco 67 motor

i have a picco 67 motor (used) it was running fine. I ran it and let it sit overnight. the next day the motor would not turn over I pulled the head and the piston is sitting at the top of the stroke. there are no marks or scoring at all. I finally managed to spin the motor over it looks great around the piston and sleeve. but the motor is still really sticky (so to speak). it used to turn over by hand until the compression stroke. Now it is hard to turn by hand like it is gummed up. Please [email protected]@@@@
