Default Safety wire?

I'm new to using YS engines. Do I need to safety-wire all the fuel line connections at the check-valve, filters, etc, to keep the pressure from separating a fuel line somewhere? I'm using medium fuel tubing.....

Default Clips

Hr, there are clips available for that from several sources, I have two YSs but I only put clips on the fuel filter because where the fuel line attaches is kinda short. Also there are barbs available to solder on the brass pipes into the tank.

Default Safety wire?

I just use the small straps that electricians use to tie their wire bundles together.

Default Safety wire?

I'm gonna piggy-back a question here...I have two strokes and use a 1/4" piece of tubing slipped over the fuel tubing to secure the line to nipples. Is this adequate, or am I creating a problem waiting to happen? Thanks.

The larger tubing slipped over the joint is a good idea. It offers a gradual transition of stiffness from the barb to the main part of the tubing.

Enjoy,

Jim
