Break in: 18x8
Fly: 19x8 or 20x6
I use Biela 20x6 on my 80" Edge Profile. I have so much thrust-to-weight ratio that it climbs vertical on idle.

Sean, I hope that Closet doesn't mind but I'm going to place a picture of my JustEngines Jen/C 20x6, some say it is a re-badged Biela, it has carbon fiber shell and a very hard wood core that does not give when you tighten the prop nut down on it. It feels like you're tightening down on a metal hub.

Closet,
Hey, be sure and try the 19x8. It made a significant difference on my models. The 20x6 was ok for thrust but not as good for flying the model. The 19x8 was vertical out of sight but pulled better from hover and in upline manuevers. The 20x8 prop doesn't work well at all. However, both the 20x6 and 20x8 were Zinger Pro props which seem to need a bit of work to make them work. The Zinger 20x8 worked very well when clipped to 19" and the pitched trued so that it was the same on both blades (in fact the differnce was pretty amazing) My Extra 260 weighs 13.6 pounds.
Once the 220 is broken in a bit it becomes just a really nice motor and fuel consumption is really not an issue like the gas guys would like you to believe. After all it always costs us more to drive to the field than it costs us to fly our models so whats the bid deal? And the stop at the resturant on the way home costs even more!
