I came across pix of this a couple years ago, I got the link off this forum somewhere. I lost the link but the date I have on the pix is 9-27-05. Hopefully that long R&D time and the experience of the fs-91fi and the two stroke models already released previously will be good news in reliability and durability...

The bad news will be the interest rates on financing to even buy one.

There goes the college fund!

It's been "around" for quite a while now.
There are even a couple in the US, albeit for testing by some pro F3Aers.
Even though it's intended for the F3A market, it's such a specialist piece of kit that the complexity and COST will keep the majority of these guys away!
That leave the stock 200 (availalble now), at one end of the spectrum, this NASA/Bill Gates version at the other end and a great hole in the middle.
Will OS fill it?

One connotation removed by moderator. Without it the conversation is still continuous.

Anyone heard of a release date yet? What OS need to do is to fill the gap btw the U and FI with a pumped version.

Nice looking Golden.
Mine died last year, been flying with me since she was a puppy.
When I got out my flight box she'd just straight in the car and sit there waiting.
It was a great 12.5 years.
Miss her.

Sorry for your loss. Yeah Golden are great dogs. Mine love to come along to the field as well. He is 8 yrs old. One day he will pass away as we all do, but before that I will try to give him the best life has to offer.

This might not be about engines but seeing were talking about labs. Here is a pic of our dog Zack,while I dont take him flying( i am to scared he would get hungary and eat someones plane). But he is a natural at cricket and just a fantastic family pet like they all are. Cheers the pope.
