What is the metric size on the exhaust (and/or muffler) of the Saito .72? Looks like it might be 12mm X 1, but I am not sure.

12mm X 1 for the Saito 65, 72, 80, 82, 91, & 100

OS & Magnums are a different thread pitch and will not fit. The 70's & 91's are 11mm X .75
