Back in the day.....best engines I ever ran were Rossi Blackhead 60s with the Rossi tuned pipe. Are these still available? If so where can I get one? One more question: Are YS 2-cycle 60s still available?

Buy a Texas Rossi, www.jettengineering.com Much better product in my opinion. The pipes on the Rossi break very easy.

Thanks. I think I take your advice and get a Jett.
What Jett engine would you recommend for a .60 size (65in wingspan) 70s era Pattern Plane (Brushfire)?

Being that you're in Texas anything that you may need will be at your door step in no time. I own three Jett engines, they cost a little more up front but I wouldn't hesitate to buy another if I needed it.
Bob Brassell (bob27) over on the RC Universe Jett support section is there to help you out if you have a question.

I like my 90L. It's like getting two engines in one. Just change the short "RPM" muffler to a long "Torque" muffler and it tunes without hassle. Two muffler screws and your back in RPM mode.
