Check hardware and auto stores, they have o-ring assortment boxes. Maybe you can match one up.

Another place to look would be a hydraulics parts place. They have a lot of orings too.

More Info on the O Rings. I'm rebuilding a Fa-91 right now, and the gasket set insludes these O Rings. So does the carb rebuild gasket set. The kicker is that one of the O Rings is in a second envlope with a lable of Venton or similar. Iexpect that one is for the carb and the other is for the head and is for a higher heat. I"m waiting an answer from W8ye now as to which goes where.

Do you need the dimentions of the rings, I can easly get them for you right now.

The nitrile one in the little package goes towards the cylinder head.

Another place that should have an assortment of O-rings is a Plumbing supply store.

Thanks guys. I think I will just order a gasket set so I can get the engine together again.

Thanks P.J

I took some O-rings down to my local Ace Hardware store, and was able to match them up pretty easily.

Order the carb set, It will give you the manifold gaskets, a new highspeed needle valve o ring for the spray bar, a spray bar gasket (not needed if you don't take the spray bar out of the engine, idle jet o ring and some O rings and seals for the choke if you have one.

Note W8YE's advise on which of the O rings to put in the head.

If you have a FA91 older than 3 yrs old, you should put the carb update kit in your carb. You will find the midrange fuel mixture to be much better

I have a new complete gasket set for this engine. Funny thing is I no longer have one of these engines.... By taking it you will be helping me with my "can't throw away anything" compulsion. Give me a PM with an address if you want it.
