Rossi .60 help needed

I bought a rossi 60 from someone here. I can't find the original post anymore. The engine was missing the 2 bolts that hold on the header, or muffler. I can't find anything to fit it. I called a rossi dealer, and he said there were 3 different sizes, but 4mm should be right. I bought a 4mm, and it doesn't want to thread. I don't want to force it. My tap and die set lists a 4x7 and a 4x7.5 thread pitch. The engine looks old, and has side exhaust. If anyone know the correct size of the bolt needed, or where I can buy one please email me or post here.

Rossi .60 help needed

I have one of those and it's a real stump puller. I bought it through Morris when they aquired the PowerHouse line from Rossi. I usually get a set of bearings when I order a new engine. Morris didn't have the bearings so they sent me an entire crankcase with the bearings in it for the price of the bearings:) Now I have the case, the bearings, a new piston and liner, head shims, and a tuned pipe and adapter. Also have one of their .45's. I'm set for awhile if I need an engine. Once you get them set up they run like crazy. Don't use much nitro and not a bunch of castor. Recommended and what I use are 5% Nitro with 18% oil, 20% of that oil being castor. Works great for me. Have a good weekend_bob
