What Head Is This?

I picked up a head for my YS FZ 120 on Ebay, but it is different from the one on my engine.
This head has machining done to it, and the original one has none.
What engine is this head from, and is this head OK to use on my FZ 120?
The Head in question is in picture 2,4, and to the right in picture 5.

I got an answer to my question.
The machined head is the newer style used by YS.

it looks like it will have more compression. the valves are shrouded a bit more on the intake side but more open on the exhaust side. Should see a bit more power on the lower nitro stuff.
