Which brand of 4-stroke?

Thank you its a Webra 4-Takt motor 15ccm.

Webra is long gone but their timing belt was certainly an off the shelve industrial toothed belt as sold by McMaster-Carr:

Did check McMaster&Carr again, they don't seems to have metric sizes. Another source which does is SPD/SI
