what does this do?

What does the mixture control screw do? The screw right below the throttle stick thing

what happens when u turn clockwise and vice versa?

i never had to mess with it, but it might be the reason as to why my RC car seems to flame out all the time

Engine is:

OS CV - on one car
Kyosho GT-12 - other car
