If you have a Ryobi weedwacker these people have all the parts you need.

The weeder enginge is green. It says WEED EATER MODEL GTI 15T. That is all I know about that engine. It is also a old engine. Would the new feather weedeater engines work?

What's the displacement? If it's below 25cc, it's hardly worth the effort. Most folks are using the Ryobi 31, Homelite 25, Maculloch 28 as a minimum for flying planes. From there you can go as large as you dare. Weedies, chainsaws, leafblowers, you name it.

You also need to have the pull start pins pulled out, fins machiened off the front of the flywheel, and a prop adapter...a motor mount can be found on e-bay...in the rc section...by doing a serch for Ryobi...kit comes with new gaskets, carb spacer, bolts for the motor..$18.00 shipped. he also has the prop adapter....
If you really want to get into it...CH ignition....mo' $$$$$'s

A Ryobi 31 with a 18x6 prop will pull a 14lb plane like theirs nothing behind it...a $60.00 motor that will fly for 30 minutes on 20oz of gas....priceless..

dose centavos worth..
