Thunder Tiger PRO 46 Manuel

I am having trouble finding a downloadable manuel for this engine. I looked on the TT web site. No good. Any help would be great.

I've got the manual right in front of me. Did you need some info, or a copy, or what? It is a one-sheet-of-paper, fold-up, operating instruction sheet which I can copy, if need be.

Hi!
I don't want to sound rude ...but why wanting a manual??
Your engine is supposed to be treated and adjusted like any other ABC engine....!

I have this tt46 pro that I now learn is junk for heli's...anyways it looks like it never saw fuel but while turning it over by hand, even without the plug,at top dead center it seems like it is just barley hitting something...like it tries to stop but then goes by...I put in a new head gasket but it didnt help...
next problem...I have a TT50H...that the alum hub in front of the front bearing spins freely on the crank..arent you suppose to be able to turn the engine over by turning this?...mine just spins so freely that it wont overcome the compression...
where can I get info on how to tear down and replace the piston, rod, or crank for these engines? I am not sure how to get the rod off of the crank pin so as to pull the piston and rod.sleeve seems to be stuck(in the 50) because the 46 the sleeve comes right up easily.[:o]

The 46 is suppose to be tight at top dead center. It's the way an ABC engine is made. It's not a problem.

I'm not familiar with the 50 but it sounds like the thrust washer is engaged with a cone. Attach a fan unit or a prop and you'll be able to turn the engine over.

To remove the cylinder, slide the edge of a glow plug washer just into the exhaust port, from the inside of the cylinder. Turn the crank and the cylinder will be pushed out.

Before you remove the connecting rod, be sure to mark it so that you put it back the same way. Mark the piston as well.

For an unringed engine, you'll have to replace the cylinder and the piston.

Be careful.
