Engine Temperature
 
Hi , Can anybody tell me what temperature range my OS32SX-H should run at?????? :(
Does anybody run a temperature gauge on thier Heli. If so what temps are you getting.
Can anybody help?

I'll ask a few Heli guys and ask them if you don't mind, but it may take a few days

I would think that you would want to keep the exhaust side of the head under 300F.

You might make a few measurements around the head and find the hottest point? I would keep this point under 330F.

I might ad that I'm not a believer in using temperature gauges on a model engine. It is pretty easy to tell if they are hot by using other methods like sight, smell, feel, etc.
