What is this engine?

Hello. I am curious as to what this engine is. It's a 7.5cc K&B glow motor however I am not sure if it is the ducted fan model or not. There is J1516 stamped on the case. Thanks for your help.

Specifically, it is the DF 0.46 (Actually 0.457) Schneurle ported engine, and it has a Perry pump built into the backplate. It can also be run as a propellor engine, but at a lower rpm of course.
