Moki 2.10 and regulator question.
 

I am about to install an iron bay regulator for my Moki 2.10 but I have a few questions first.

1 I pulled the back plate from the engine and noticed that there wasnt a whole lot of space between the back plate and the moving parts inside the engine. I am afraid that the pressure nipple will hit something. Where is everybody drilling and tapping their Mokis to accept the nipple?

2 What size drill and tap do I need?

I drill and tap the center of the backplate and then use a Dremel cutoff wheel to remove anything that sticks inside.
