25 fx only starts cold
My little OS 25 FX seems to not want to start when hot. At the start of the day it only needs two flips to get it going, but if i try to start it right after landing it won't fire at all. If I let it cool down for about 10 minutes then it will start right up again. shouldn't it be easier to start when it is hot?

Most of the engines I have are the same way(32sx, th 46). They start 1st flip backwards when cold. When hot, they require a starter. The smaller ones don't seem to care. They never start 1st flip, but it seems the same hot or cold.

25 fx only starts cold
I fly the OS 25FX in a H of B P-51D Mustang and when the engine was new it was very tight. It stayed that way for a dozen or so flights and then loosened up. I also had the tank somewhat high relative to the carb and lowered it by altering the foam padding around the tank. The really cranks now. I run it at peak rpm. It has to be one of the hottest mid 20 engines around. My P-51D is a flip-n-fly w/o rudder control and landing gear and it will flat move.
