NAME THAT ENGINE??

ok i need help, i bought a second hand HPI RS4 3 type-ss that had been hoped-up! the dude that had it also put a meaty new heat sink on the engine swell, i need to know what engine it is so i can go and buy a new sleeve, piston arm and piston when the time arises, don’t ask me why the guy was selling it, he'd spent n arm n a leg hoping up EVRYthing on it and didn’t even run it in .... [8|

any ideas what it is? its a .15 and is very very quick! but thats all i know. lol

The engine you have is the stock HPI engine. It says "HPI" in the 2nd picture. I believe NovaRossi is the one who makes their engines. You can go to HPI's web site and also order parts..... or any hobby shop that deal with HPI.

BTW: The engine is refered to as "Nitro Star Engines". That engine is either a 15FE or a 15SS.

thanks, i kinda new it was a hpi engin ... lol but thanks a load for the model number thingy's and the name, just that the heat sink threw me. chears again!
