how to cool the RCV engine

I really don't have a solution for this. Anyone knows how to cool the engine in a tight cowling???
Regards.

When I was at the Toledo show in April I aked the manufacturers the same question. I got a glassy eyed stare!

I don't own one but, I've been eyeing one up for my next scale project.

The direction of the cooling fins make me think cross ventilation would work best....

Cooling

They have way more fin area than most engines, cooling is not a problem.

Do it the same way you would for any engine. Provide at least two times the amount of exit area as compared to entry area for cooling air to flow. Try to direct the flow of air over the engine. Sometimes it's necessary to create baffles inside the cowl.

It might help to mention if you're having a specific cooling problem, or if you're just puzzled as to how to go about it in the first place.
