Need idea for glow plug socket

I have recently bought an expert electronic glow driver but I have a problem with the plug socket because on my YS the plug is in a hole an not at the surface of the engine like Saito or OS

If someone have an idea why I can resolve this problem let me know

This is the standard of the industry. This is the long one. They also have a short one.
