Help. O.S. 91FX In Cowl Muffler

Hello there:

I am taking a Supertigre G90 out of my TF Beech Bonanza and I will mount an O.S. 91FX on it. I am having a hard time finding an in cowl muffler that fits.

Could you please tell me what I can do? I cannot mount a pitts muffler. The engine goes sideways and a pitts muffler will interfere with the front wheel retract.

Thanks much, Carlos

Carlos, Grotesque,

Jett offer the [link=http://www.jettengineering.com/accy/turbo.html]Turbo-Jett [/link] in-cowl muffler.

$75 isn't exactly free, but you will get a sizable power boost (500-800 RPM - 12-24% more HP), compared to the stocker and NONE of the fuel pressure problems, associated with most (all?) Pitts type mufflers.

Grotesque,

I don't have your Bonanza, nor do I have such a muffler on my hands right now...

Why don't you call Dub Jett, or get on the Jett Engineering support forum and ask Bob Brassell.
They can give you better info.
