I ma looking for the engine that gets the best fuel economy around a 30 size I am planing on a 14 hour flight or the only rules are your time starts when the plane takes off and stops when the plane touches the ground thoughts are 4 stroke, diesal Some one told me you can convert a glow to gas is this true and how

Yes U can convert to gas but diesel is better. With gas there is the added weight of either battery for ignition or magneto with fly wheel. with diesel there in none of that and the weight other wise added to run gas can be used for fuel. Also with diesel I think with 30 size engine 4oz of fuel will last about 45 mins. to an hour and you can swing a 11x6 or 11x5 prop.
