Have you tried Just Engines in the UK? They seem to be quite big into their Moki engines - I'm sure they could help.

Morris Hobbies is the " Mark " (Moki) distributer for parts in the US. I am sure they will be able to help.

Often, the Moki, if it needs a new ring, also has some other problems like the piston will be scored or at least black. Do a tear down first and see what you are going to need?
