Zinger sells three and four bladed wood props also, your choice of pitch and diameter, with metal hubs. Not the scale hubs, but also a small fraction of Vari's price.

How about an in-flight variable pitch prop. I know Hobby Lobby used to sell one back in the 80's, 11 or 12 inch diameter, but I believe the lawyers have fixed those for us. Does anyone know of one sold today that's not for electric?
