Saito FA45 Header pipe
 

Cannot seem to locate a good parts source for this engine.
Looking for information on Header pipe dimensions; nut size, tube diameter inside and outside (substitutions) etc.

A header from the 170 radial, 100 v twin, and 100T flex pipe will all fit.:D

This is the exhaust pipe for the 100T which has two 50 cylinders.

The same pipe fit the 80 twin, the 90 twin, the old 40 and 45.

They are all long discontinued and horizon probably doesn't have parts anymore. I know they have nothing for the old 45. I bought the last crankcases and backplates for that engine. I bought all they had.

Wouldn't the FA50 work. I know my 2 50's use the 45 size exhaust gasket and I think the thread size is 10MM

The 50 may use the same pipe but it's discontinued also

Horizon still makes the short stacks that look just like the original 45 header.:D They are used on the Saito 170 triple curently.:D
