Help!!! Please

Hi All,
I did a dumb thing. Out of curiousity I disassembled my new OS 1.60FX. Now I can't get the piston (with it's ring) back into the sleeve. Whats the secret here? Also I noticed that nothing prevents the ring from rotating on the piston. Is this normal? Should the gap on the ring be installed in a certain orientation? (i.e. gap towards the front, side or back)

....look for a small locating pin on the piston ring groove. This is where the ends of the ring go. ;)

It's not all bad, sooner or later your going to read about some guy here doing the same thing and you can pop right up with the answer without having to reveal how you got it!:D
