Frank, Wags,

You have to turn the camshaftaft(s) 180º from full lift. This means turning the crankshaft 360º - one full turn...
One half a turn, or 180º will have the lifter on the ramp for sure!

Thanks Dar that`s what I meant to say 360 from highest point.
