Muffler Extension
 

I have a Tower Hobbies .61 and need a extension so the muffler will clear the firewall with out rebuilding it.

I looked at one from dubro but it doesn't have any holes drilled for mounting.

Does anyone know of a extension that has the proper mounting dimensions for the Tower Hobbies .61 ??

I dont know of anything marketed for the .61, but what if you ebay for another muffler then hack the stack off from between the muffler and the exaust port side? Cut just right and over drill the bolt holes in the cut part you'll use as the extension, it might work, if you can find long enough bolts. Think this will work?

if you take the dimensions where the exhaust bolt centres are and call your local hobby shop im sure they would be able to advise you. Thats what i do all the time. Or you could look on ebay. I see several of them every day.
