Evolution .46
 

I have a evoultion .46 that is getting some air bubbles in the line between the needle valve and the carb. I've checked the line all the back to the tank including the feed lind in the tank. Having idleing trouble. Please help!!

If the fuel tube from the tank to the needle, doesn't have any bubbles and the tube from the needle to the carburettor does, the main needle apparently allows air seepage, into the fuel.
It could be a loose thread, or a bad O-ring seal.

Dar is correct. One possible solution is to cut a piece of fuel tubing abou 1/8" long and put it on the needle after the threads. When you screw the needle back in it makes a seal between the needle and the sleeve it goes into.

This is the second brand new engine from horizon. Can this happen on a new engine like that?
