I am still flying an Enya .60 from the early 70's on my hots.. Parts are still available, I have replaced the ring 3 times over the last 12 years.. bearings twice.. I fly it every other weekend. wore out 3 sets of wheels and two sets of servos. The enya is a good engine and will last a very long time.. Be sure to use a fuel filter. The fuel nipple will plug with trash and cause poor running. You can pull the needle valve and use a pin to clear the fuel nipple inlet.. Keep it clean.. Jim

Enya's have always had a great reputation but seem to be under rated in America probably because they're a little harder to get than some others. No matter what era they come from they were always one of the best you could buy. They're renowned for long life no matter what sort of piston/liner set up they had (the old cast iron piston ones were practically indestructible).
