OS 1.60 Muffler
 

What is the best muffler to use for the best performance and reliability on an OS 1.60?
Pitts, Stock, etc

imho, the stock muffler will give you the 'best' results in terms of power and trouble-free performance...i like to mount my engine at the '45-degree invert' position, which places the muffler centered under the nose...most other exhaust systems (like a pitts) might reduce muffler pressure, and require installing a pump...so far, i haven't had to do that...hope that helps...ken

thanks for the compliment...that engine is now on an ultrasport1000...same 17x10 prop...and as you can see in this pic, the giant sportster is now flying with a 50cc gasser w/ 19x10 mejzlik...
