When my AE .15 engine is started, it acts like it is at full throttle.
 

I finally got around to reassembling my wrecked Ntc3 rtr. I was so excited to get it running, but when that moment finally came, i was dissapointed. I spent about 15 minutes trying to get it running, and when i did, i was greatly surprised. The engine acted as though it was at full throttle, even though it was at idle. Messing with the needles did nothing, and same for the throttle. I believe it to be an air leak in the carb, but i dont see anything out of the normal. Thanks to all for the help. I have more than likely found the air leak problem:

You can see how tore up this seal is. I will buy a new one, and hope it solves the problem.
